Dr John Kyneur (B.Sc., D.C.) is a specialist in Sacro-Occipital Technique and Upper-Cervical Procedure, which are two of the gentler methods of Chiropractic, assisting the body to heal itself – rather than using force.

Sacro-Occipital Technique is simply a process of aligning the head (the occiput bone at the base of the skull) and the pelvis (the sacrum, the triangular bone your tailbone attaches to) so the healing cerebral fluid can flow down the spine and assist in the regeneration of the body.

Upper-Cervical Procedure is the process of realigning the upper neck (also called cervical) vertebra (this top vertebra is called the Atlas). Special techniques are needed for this, as it is ordinarily very difficult to shift from a bad pattern.
